Who operates this website
Ocho B.V. operates playbackgammon.co. Contact hi@ocho.so about this website or your privacy. This notice covers the website. The Ocho app privacy policy separately explains how the Backgammon app uses Apple services and handles game and purchase data.
Optional website analytics
If you accept, we use Google Analytics to understand visits to our pages, clicks to our TestFlight or App Store listing, and clicks on printable PDF downloads. This helps us improve our guides and website. A link click does not tell us whether you installed the app or completed a download.
Analytics uses cookies and browser identifiers and processes technical information about your browser and visit. It is pseudonymous measurement, not a promise of anonymous data. Our integration sends the canonical page address without query strings or fragments, the referring site's origin, page category, and the type and placement of supported links. It does not send your name, email address, Ocho account identifier or form text. Google Signals, user-provided data collection and advertising personalization are disabled.
Google processes the analytics data as a service provider. Its processing can involve countries outside the European Economic Area. See Google's privacy policy, how Google uses information from partner sites, and the Google data processing terms for details of processing and transfer safeguards.
Your analytics choice
Optional analytics is based on your consent. Until you accept, this website does not load the Google tag or send analytics events. Declining has no effect on access to the website or downloads. Use Analytics settings in the footer to change your choice at any time. Without JavaScript, optional analytics does not run.
We remember your choice in this browser for up to six months. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 60 days without automatic renewal. User-level and event-level retention in Google Analytics is set to two months; aggregated reports may remain longer.
Withdrawing consent stops future collection and removes this website's analytics cookies. It does not automatically erase information already processed. Your browser's privacy controls can also delete stored site data. A choice on one device does not change a choice on another.
Delivering the website and external links
Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. Serving a request involves technical data such as the requested address, IP address and browser information, independently of optional Google Analytics. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for its processing. Links to Apple, Google and other sites open services governed by their own privacy policies.

Contact hi@ocho.so to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, or to raise an objection. The rights available depend on the data and circumstances. We may need information to identify the records concerned; do not send account passwords or payment-card details. You can also raise a concern with your local data protection authority, including the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
